Piri Piri Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Recipe
Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes fan, Jayne Simpson, shares her Piri Piri Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken recipe.
- 1 kg chicken breast
- ¼ cup MasterFoods honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons piri piri seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic granules
Slice the chicken in half through the breast or leave it in one piece depending on how thick you want the chicken.
Combine honey mustard, piri piri seasoning and garlic to form a marinade.
Coat the chicken in the marinade & leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
Then cook over Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes until ready, turning every 30 seconds or more so the marinade does not burn.
