Inspired by the new red hot BBQ on wheels in our hometown of Melbourne, we’re asking: what makes the best hot dog?

A quick tally around the Heat Beads^® Headquarters came down to three things:

– Premium deli sausage char grilled to perfection on the outside, pink on the inside
– A soft, fluffy hot dog roll
– Grandma’s homemade mustard

What makes the best hot dog in your part of the world? One with mashed potatoes? Yes, ask the Swedes. A seafood sausage served with squid sashimi? Yes, in Japan. French brioche instead of the ol’ hot dog bun? We want to know.
