In Planet Barbecue, Steven tells the story of chef and TV presenter Mehman Huseynov who once barbecued ice cream (yes, ice cream!). He dipped scoops of vanilla ice cream into egg and shredded coconut, before searing them over the fire. Just under a minute later and you have ice cream covered in a beautiful coconut crust!
