Vegetable Kebabs BBQ Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 yellow capsicums
- 2 green capsicums
- 2 red capsicums
- 1 tin pineapple
- 2 punnets button mushrooms
- 2 punnets cherry tomatoes
- 2 punnets kalamata tomatoes
- 2 punnets yellow tomatoes
- 4 large onions
- 1 bottle pickled onions
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- mixed herbs
Method

Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces or to your liking. It’s best to try and keep them the same size so they grill evenly.

Skewer the vegetables on a wooden or metal skewer, alternating between the different vegetables.

Now drizzle/spray vegetable skewers with olive oil and season with mixed herbs.

Place on the BBQ over a low heat and cook to your liking.

Serve with fresh, crusty bread and a good bottle of Merlot.
