Tropical Marinade BBQ Recipe
Celebrity chef, author & restaurateur, Adrian Richardson, shares his Tropical Marinade recipe which he used to make tasty BBQ Chicken with Mango cooked over Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes.
- 1 knob ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- bunch coriander, roughly chopped
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a delicious marinade.
