Kangaroo Stavros Style BBQ Recipe
Friend of Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes & local BBQ enthusiast, Stavros Abougelis, shares his delicious Kangaroo Stavros Style recipe.
- kangaroo fillets
- olive oil
- bay leaf
Cut kangaroo fillets into cubes and marinate in olive oil, wine, oregano, thyme and bay leaf.
Skewer with slices of onion and capsicum and char grill over Heat Beads® Briquettes.
Serve with a tzatziki (yoghurt and cucumber dip) with slivers of roasted kalamata olives.
