Chimichurri BBQ Lamb Chops
Celebrity chef, author & restaurateur, Adrian Richardson, cooks his Chimichurri Lamb Chops BBQ Recipe on highly rated TV show Good Chef Bad Chef.
- 4 lamb forequarter chops
- ½ cup thyme, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
Preheat your grill by lighting your BBQ briquettes.
\now prepare the lamb by seasoning with salt, pepper, chopped thyme & olive oil.
When the BBQ is ready, place the seasoned lamb chops on the grill for about 5 minutes, turning them every minute or so.
To make the Chimichurri, simply mix all the ingredients together.
Serve your delicious Chimichurri with the grilled lamb chops, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and some lemon.
