Char Grilled Pork Cutlets
Heat Beads® BBQ Briquettes fan, Joanne Flower, shares her Char Grilled Pork Cutlets (with an Asian twist) recipe.
- 4 pork cutlets
- 1/4 cup char siu sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- olive oil
Mix char siu and hoisin sauces. Rub mixture over both sides of cutlets. Cover with cling wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
Prepare your BBQ for medium heat. Lightly brush grill with oil. Cook cutlets for 5 minutes each side or until just cooked through.
Place on plate. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve with salad.
