Camp Oven Korma BBQ Recipe
Friend of Heat Beads® and camp oven extraordinaire Derek Bullock shares his very own Camp Oven Korma BBQ Recipe
- 750g shin beef
- 1/3 jar Patak’s Korma Curry Paste
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cups chopped sweet potato
- 400ml can of coconut cream
Dice the beef and place everything in the camp oven.
Place the camp oven on the Heat Beads® briquettes and cook for about one and a half hours.
After one hour partly remove the lid from the camp oven to allow gravy to reduce to a nice consistency.
