Creating BBQ madness at Crave Sydney!
You’re invited to one of the biggest BBQ events of the season – BBQ Madness – at the Crave Sydney International Food Festival!
Expect some of Sydney’s top celebrity chefs to work their magic on the grill and show you how easy it is to produce a delicious BBQ meal with the authentic chargrill taste. We’re not going to give away everything, but here’s a taste of what will be on offer…
– Chef Phil Wood from Rockpool will bring you Braised & Barbecued Lamb Belly served with Cucumber & Shiitake Pickle with Korean Hot Bean Sauce.
– Chef Martin Boetz from Longrain will be grilling Spiced Lamb Leg with Ginger & Mustard Greens.
We’re also giving attendees the chance to win a shiny & FREE Heat Beads® BBQ plus fabulous accessories, but you’ll have to come along to enter!
