As we once again enter into summer, we can’t help but to look back at some of the highlights of the past year – and the Heat Beads^® Hawkers’ Market was certainly one of the standouts in our 2010 calendar.

Held in March as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, the three day event featured the sights, sounds, and flavours of a traditional Asian hawkers’ market.
