Rib Eye Steaks BBQ Recipe
This is one of our favourites from the real BBQ series Keepers of the Flame – The Ultimate BBQ Adventure on TEN. It stays true to simple, real food cooked over coals. The steaks are simply seasoned to your liking then grilled. Follow with chorizo. Then serve with Argentina’s famous Chimichurri sauce. This is barbecue as it should be.
Lime Chilli Prawns BBQ Recipe
Quick and easy with only a handful of ingredients. This one is great to serve whilst the mains are being cooked. Use as much or as little chilli as you like. Skewers will make the prawns easier to handle and grill but are not a must.
