You’re invited to delve deeper into the dark art of barbecue with author, broadcaster & founder of the Australian Barbecue Academy, Bob Hart, in two barbecue masterclasses on the grounds of the beautiful Balgownie Estate Vineyard Resort & Spa, Yarra Valley.

Held in conjunction with the Yarra Valley Food & Wine Festival, the masterclass includes, among other things, a range of matching wines to taste with each of the 7 dishes prepared, a signed copy of Bob’s best-selling book Heat & Smoke, and Bob’s other must-have BBQ accessories.

To follow each masterclass is a 4 course barbecue inspired degustation dinner (sold separately), hosted by Bob and prepared by the resort’s outstanding new kitchen team.
