Method
Fire Up the BBQ: Start by preheating your barbecue with Heat Beads Blue Bag, using the Chimney and Booster to get it blazing hot, perfect for quick weeknight grilling.
Make the Salsa: In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, jalapeños, coriander, lime juice, BBQ rub, and black pepper. Set the spicy salsa aside.
Grill the Spam: Slice the Spam into strips. Slather them with gochujang, soy, and red pepper flakes for a Korean twist. Place the Spam strips on the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and slightly charred.
Warm the Taco Shells: Warm each taco shell on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
Assemble the Tacos: Load the warm taco shells with grilled Spam strips and top them with spicy salsa.
Serve: Serve immediately, with Mexican street corn on the side if you like.
Tip: Add a dollop of sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor!
