Pulled Lamb Vs Pulled Pork

All good things take time and Lamb & Pork Shoulders are no exception, but so worth the wait. These babies took around 5-7 hrs for the lamb and 6-8 hrs for pork, but that’s just a rough guide. As BBQ really isn’t a recipe/time-based type of cook, your best friend will be a good quality instant-read thermometer (we like Thermapens)!
