Greek Lamb on the Spit

This is why we eat with our eyes… Greek lamb on the spit. It doesn’t get much better and you will be surprised how easy it really is! Cooked over Heat Beads® Lump charcoal for about 2 hours. Start with a thin layer of unlit charcoal across the bottom of your spit and add a chimney of lit (ashed over) charcoal evenly spread over the top of the unlit charcoal.
